This project includes a 3,364-square-foot addition to the existing 3,190-square-foot fire station, more than doubling the facility's overall footprint to approximately 6,554 square feet. The expansion and modernization are designed to enhance the station's functionality, efficiency, and overall working environment while supporting the operational needs of Horry County Fire Rescue.

In addition to the new construction, the project includes extensive renovations to the existing building, incorporating updated interior finishes, improvements to building systems, and exterior façade upgrades to create a cohesive appearance between the existing station and new addition. Site improvements, including updated circulation and stormwater infrastructure, further enhance the facility's accessibility and long-term functionality.

Together, these improvements will provide Horry County Fire Rescue with a modernized, more efficient facility designed to better serve its personnel and the surrounding community.

In addition to the construction of new team rooms, the project included approximately 500 linear feet of new utility infrastructure and the installation of an upgraded stormwater drainage system to address recurring flooding issues and improve long-term site performance.

Reim Construction partnered with PMH Croft Architects and the City of Myrtle Beach to renovate and modernize Myrtle Beach Fire Station #2. The project included extensive interior renovations, reconfigured walls and ceilings, upgraded finishes, new millwork and lighting, and exterior improvements designed to enhance the facility's functionality, appearance, and overall working environment.

A key aspect of the project was completing the renovations while maintaining full station operations. Through careful planning, coordination, and phased construction, our team minimized disruptions to daily activities, allowing Myrtle Beach's first responders to continue serving the community throughout the construction process.

Interior buildout of Presswell's Sandwich Co., a new restaurant located in Conway, South Carolina. The project includes the transformation of an existing retail shell into a fully functional restaurant, featuring a commercial kitchen, food preparation and service areas, customer dining spaces, and restrooms.

The scope encompasses interior framing, custom millwork, specialty finishes, lighting, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to accommodate the restaurant's operational needs. Distinctive architectural features, including exposed ceilings, decorative brick finishes, custom seating, and specialty lighting, bring together a modern dining environment with the restaurant's unique brand identity.
